Building a new off-plan home can be one of the most gratifying experiences anyone can have. If safety and durability are important then concrete construction should be your preferred choice. They take longer to build than other methods - up to 18 months - but once built they will stand the test of time.

The majority of buildings in Cyprus are built with frames erected using steel reinforced concrete and are earthquake resistant. The walls are constructed with hollow clay bricks of 20cm thickness for external walls and 10cm for internal walls while the roofing is insulated with first class water insulation material. External walls are plastered and finished with cement spritz or acrylic grafiato and all internal walls are plastered and finished with emulsion paint.
